Saberi Backing ND Governor Snubbed By Left Wing Liberals

Liberals seem to hate it when Republicans step up to bat for something that is morally right.. Here is one of their latest installments of snubbing credit where it's due. The latest example is the fact that most media have not given credit to North Dakota GOP Governor John Hoeven's efforts to pressure Iran in freeing journalist Roxana Saberi. Most of the media ignored the fact that Hoeven stepped up to back Obama's efforts to free Saberi,. While the liberal left wing treat Obama as if he were a god in the media, they refuse to give Hoeven 1 single ounce of credit for his efforts which helped Saberi gain her freedom. I will give the AP and the Japanese American newspaper The Rafu Shimpo credit for their continued coverage of Saberi's plight and release from prison. The liberals have shamelessly given Obama more credit than he deserves in getting Saberi released; it's time to set the record straight, and give GOP North Dakota Governor John Hoeven his well deserved due credit that the liberals robbed him of.

Could you please list the specifics of what he did? All you say is that he backed Obama's efforts to free Saberi but in an earlier post you rant about Obama doing less than nothing. What exactly did the ND Governor due??

Not that I doubt for a minute that the Governor of North Dakota wields the political clout to put the fear of God into Iran's government and force their hand into releasing Saberi, but I was wondering what the Governor did to yield such remarkable results. You don't mention the methods he used to accomplish this unheralded feat. Please enlighten us as to what the governor of North Dakota did that Obama's administration couldn't seem to accomplish.

News on what Governor John Hoeven did in putting pressure on Iran to release Japanese-Iranian-American reporter Roxana Saberi is sparse, but my understanding is this: he rallied the citizens of North Dakota on a campaign to send a message to the Iranian Government to get Saberi released. The North Dakota residents, along with the Persian and Japanese American communities across the U.S. made a huge difference in getting Saberi released. As more details come in, I will give those out. In the meantime, 2 of Albert Gore's employees (Euna Lee and Laura Ling) continue to be held as spies in North Korea. Al Gore and Barack Obama have done nothing significant to get them released. I'm going to continue blogging about the plight of Laura Ling and Euna Lee, even though they are liberals...they're Americans first, and bullies like Kim won't get away with this travesty.

I agree with my comrade blogger mystere! When we discussed this post, we saw some injustice on how ND Governor John Hoeven didn't get the recognition he deserved. We're keeping an eye on Kim and his cruel and unusual punishment he disses on Laura Ling and Euna Lee.
