You already read Mr. E's post on the email tax proposal from the Berkley moonbat.  So let me take it from here.  Here's another loose cannon ready to damage California even further by proposing another tax on cash strapped people.  Yes Mr. E, what is his kielbasa made of?  What did he season his dill pickles with?  What's stuffed in his cabbage and potatoes?  I hope Moonbeam didn't get wind of this.  The last thing we need is a looney plot to subsidize some postal clowns with fat pensions in their carcasses.
