Have You Laughed At A Liberal Today? FEINSTEIN FACE-PALM!

Senator Diane Feinstein has a few good moments...or should I say a few bad moments awaiting her as she campaigns to get back into the Senate.

So, what's up with the face palm?  It turns out that Feinstein has picked a real winner for humiliating herself on the campaign trail.  She has gloated with glee over chosing Steven Chu as 0bama's energy secretary.  But as you all know, we're paying a hefty price at the gas pumps for it.

Let me bring out her full moonbat list of shame:

SEN. DIANNE FEINSTEIN ENDORSES STEVEN CHU AS OBAMA’S ENERGY SECRETARY — Dec. 15, 2008
“I know Steven Chu,” Senator Feinstein said. “There is no one brighter or better equipped to become Secretary of Energy at this critical time, when we must tackle the major challenges of global warming, energy security, and a reassessment of our nation’s nuclear posture.” (Official statement, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, 12/15/08)
NOW, ENERGY SECRETARY CHU GIVES HIMSELF AN “A” GRADE FOR HANDLING GAS PRICES THAT HAVE DOUBLED UNDER OBAMA…
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA): “Now let me just, just ask one basic question. In an earlier hearing you gave yourself an A-. In weatherization, do you give yourself an A-?”
Energy Secretary Steven Chu:“Actually I do.”  Now I give the banana chu toy an "F"
Issa: “Ok. In controlling the cost of gasoline at the pump, do you give yourself an A-?”
Chu: “Well the tools we have at our disposal are limited, but I would say I would give myself a little higher in that since I became a Secretary of Energy, I’ve been doing everything I can to get long term solutions.” (Energy Secretary Steven Chu, Committee On Oversight And Government Reform, U.S. House Of Representatives, Testimony, 3/20/12)
Uh, I still give the banana chu toy an "F"
AS FEINSTEIN SUPPORTS CHU’S FAILED ENERGY POLICIES, GAS PRICES ARE AT AN ALL TIME HIGH
When Obama Took Office, The Price For A Gallon Of Regular Gasoline Was $1.847. (Energy Information Administration, Accessed 2/7/12)
The Price For A Gallon Of Regular Gasoline On March 19, 2012 Was $3.867. (Energy Information Administration, Accessed 3/20/12)
The Average Price Of A Gallon Of Regular Is At The Highest Ever Recorded Price In March. “The average price of a gallon of regular is now $3.87, the highest recorded price in March. The average price is up nearly 4 cents from a week ago, and over 30 cents from a year ago, according to the Department of Energy, as more drivers face gas prices of $4 a gallon or more across the country. Last week, the average gas price was $3.83 a gallon, the previous record according to data going back to 1990.” (Zunaira Zaki, “Highest Gas Price Recorded In March,” ABC News, 3/19/12)
MEANWHILE, FEINSTEIN REMAINS SILENT AS PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR KEYSTONE APPROVAL GROWS
GALLUP: 57% OF AMERICANS SUPPORT KEYSTONE, ONLY 29% OPPOSE; EVEN A 44% PLURALITY OF DEMOCRATS SUPPORT KEYSTONE: (Elizabeth Mendes, “Americans Favor Keystone XL Pipeline,” Gallup, 3/22/2012)
MORE GALLUP: AMONG AMERICANS CLOSELY FOLLOWING ISSUE, SUPPORT RISES TO 70%: (Elizabeth Mendes, “Americans Favor Keystone XL Pipeline,” Gallup, 3/22/2012)
PEW: 66% OF AMERICANS SUPPORT KEYSTONE APPROVAL: “The Pew Research Center poll released Thursday finds 66 percent who have heard about the issue say the proposed pipeline to bring oil sands from Alberta to Gulf Coast refineries should be approved, while 23 percent say it shouldn’t.” (Ben Geman, “Poll Shows Support for Keystone Pipeline, Environmental Regulations,” The Hill, 2/23/2012)

Duh Gee, Senator!  What are you going to do now?
