Scripture To Think About: Genesis 2:21-25

So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs, and closed up the place with flesh. (22) Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

(23) The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman', for she was taken out of man." (24) For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. (25) The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

We are facing, as a nation, an attack on marriage and the family. In California, we have had our will to keep marriage between a man and a woman usurped by the radical homosexual community through the California Supreme Court, and other states are starting to follow suit. This is one of the last things to give way in society before it faces severe judgments by God Almighty. We are facing a storm of epic proportions in which we will not be able to easily survive. We still have a chance to turn things around, but we must be active socially to instill changing back to doing the right thing.

The recent legislation poisons the original foundation for family. Thus, such a thing cannot be allowed to continue.

It is such a fundamental shift in definition of a family that anything else is a severe deformation that each person would have to spend years overcoming.

The marriage bond is the original fundamental horizontal and social relationship that we have experienced as the human species. When that goes to pot, we as humanity are all done for.
