What Will Moonbeam Veto Next?

Governor Moonbeam has been trying to disguise himself as a frugal fart lately.  He has decided to veto some Assembly bills to attempt to make himself look good.  Sadly, he vetoed a bill that would have made the roads safer.

As you can see, all that he's interested in is his KooKoo train to nowhere.  Edna Geraldine Brown vetoed a bill that would raise hefty fines for texting while driving.  All the makeups in vetoing the bills won't hide the facts, Governor Moonbeam!
