As the certificate self-identifies as having been issued in "Mombasa. British Protectorate of Kenya", yet Mombasa was not a part of the British Protectorate of Kenya in 1961 (the year in which the certificate was purportedly issued), it is unlikely that the referenced document is legitimate. Moreover, Mr. Obama was born on August 7, 1961 and not on July 8, 1961, as the certificate reports via the standard British dating convention used.
Actually, Mr. Obama's birthday is August 4 1961. It made the news on Tuesday 8/04/09. You can do a fact check, and it will check out.
