On Monday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called a special session of the House to pass a $26 billion dollar expenditure to solve another "crisis" and make sure that police, firefighters and teachers had enough money to continue their essential services.

It was the latest tactic from this out of control Congress
and the White House who believe that power and money must be centralized in the government.

In fact, the Imperial President has forced our nation through a constant cycle of "crisis" and "emergency" followed by a solution that centers on massive government spending and control. As a result, President Obama has grown the number of federal employees by over 350,000 -- the largest percentage of growth since the Eisenhower administration.

And while calling for sacrifice from the American people,
the President's wife and her staff spend over a quarter-
million dollars of taxpayer money on a lavish Spain vacation.

As many of you know, on the day ObamaCare was signed into law, Liberty Counsel filed the first private-sector lawsuit against the unconstitutional mandates contained in the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," better known as ObamaCare.

I believe our lawsuit is ultimately headed to the Supreme

Here Comes the "ENDA" the line For Liberals!

who want our country to be a free country!

It looks like the Employment Non-Discrimination Act
(ENDA) is now going to be one of the highest
priorities of the ultraliberal 111th Congress,
which potentially puts Christians on the wrong
side of the law. Please see my extremely important

MYSTERE,

Imagine that your child or grandchild came home from school
and announced, "Mr. Smith came to school today wearing a dress.
Now we have to call my teacher Miss Smith. I thought Mr.
Smith was a man!"

Under the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), this
scenario not only CAN take place, but individuals like
"Miss Smith" would be PROTECTED by LAW from dismissal based
upon their "sexual orientation."

ENDA promotes "sexual orientation" to the same protected
class as race, creed, color or national origin. It also
grants cross-dressers and transsexuals the status of
being in a protected class. Under ENDA, every school
system would be forbidden by law to squelch anyone
demonstrating homosexual or transsexual displays - or
face severe discrimination charges.

If ENDA passes, your children or grandchildren could be
held captive in classes taught by women who "present"
as men or men who "present" as women.  Of course, their
young and inquisitive minds will be indoctrinated to
believe that this is perfectly normal and acceptable
behavior.

At its core, ENDA is an orchestrated effort to break
down gender identity in our society.  Make no mistake:
ENDA is intended to be the next nail in the coffin of
American freedom.

Liberty Counsel attorney Matt Barber noted in a Washington
Times article this week that morally and legally, "ENDA
will force - under penalty of law - Christian, Jewish
or Muslim business owners to adopt a secular-humanist
viewpoint, ignoring all matters surrounding sexual
morality while making hiring and firing decisions."

Matt's article continued, "ENDA would compel business
owners with 15 or more employees to leave sincerely
held religious beliefs at the workplace door and submit
to the demands of the homosexual activist lobby."

If ENDA passes, Christian-owned for-profit
businesses employing more than 15 people
will be forced to accept applications from
individuals whose behavior is in violation
of the owners' religious tenets.

++Elevating the threat of ENDA passage.

President Obama is using his presidential "bully pulpit"
to promote homosexuality, pass ENDA and repeal the
Defense of Marriage Act. If you have any doubt of
that, just look at one of his recent controversial
"recess" appointments...

Chai Feldblum, credited with writing the
ENDA legislation, is now the first openly
gay commissioner of the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission. The Senate stalled
for months on approving her controversial
nomination, in part because it places her
in the uniquely threatening position of
having written legislation that she is
now empowered to enforce!

Liberty Counsel has strongly opposed Feldblum's
appointment to the EEOC since President Obama first
announced her nomination.  She is on record as stating
that when homosexual "rights" issues come in conflict
with religious rights, "Gays win, Christians lose."

It is therefore very distressing that the President
made her a powerful EEOC Commissioner (one of only
five) during a congressional recess, thus avoiding
the normal process of Senate approval.  It is unlikely
she could have passed muster in a Senate confirmation
process.

ENDA is one of the most dangerous pieces of anti-faith
legislation ever to be considered by Congress. The next
vote on ENDA could take place as early as April 21st.

The overt promotion of the homosexual agenda by passing ENDA,

The various Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transsexual (LGBT)
organizations have been working with the Obama
administration to identify openly LGBT Americans to
serve as presidential appointees, with Chai Feldblum's
appointment to the EEOC being the most recent among many.

MYSTERE, our religious freedoms are being threatened
by ENDA and our family units are being undermined by
the threat of repealing DOMA.  President Obama's
radical appointees, now assigned to strategic
positions of governmental leadership, have an
undeniable agenda. We have to stop ENDA in Congress
NOW!

Townhall Meeting - Ed Royce (R-Fullerton Ca) 40th District

I had sent out some Tweets while attending Rep. Ed Royce's Town Hall Meeting this afternoon in Cypress (Orange County California).  Ed has been one of the better Congressmen serving our nation, and has tried to hold the government responsible for the reckless behavior they have engaged in.  Ed has brought out the fact that the "mainstream media" has not been cooperative with conservatives, when they came up with solutions on how to deal with the various issues the public has brought out to the meetings.  Now, I'm going to bring out a few surprising tidbits that Ed told us at the town hall meetings, some of which may even surprise you conservatives reading this post.

At townhall meet with Ed Royce. Sen Byrd has expressed concerns over Obama appointees. What a surprise!  (My first tweet from the town hall meeting.)  Now, someone had asked Ed about what was going on with the czar appointments that Obama was dealing out like candy to a kid.  The liberal Senator Robert Byrd had expressed some serious concerns over the negligence of the Senate not doing its duty to oversee the appointments of the President over many of the appointees, to see what their background is, and what their philosophy of governing is.  If you have seen conservative tweets, you will see the concerns of communists in the White House.  Senator Byrd, of all people has concerns that Obama is being recklessly liberal in his appointments, and has voiced his concerns to the deaf ears of Harry Reid and the others in the Senate.

 Ed Royce pushing for discharge bill. (tweet 2.) Now, what is a discharge bill?  It is a bill or group of bills presented to the floor in a manner in which they must be voted on, IMMEDIATELY!  Ed and other conservatives have pushed out some bills which Nancy Pelosi and her left wing extremist thugs have snubbed for their own selfish left wing agendas.  In this tweet, Ed was merely saying that there are some bills that the conservatives pushed out, so that many waiting folks would get an answer from the Congress and Senate about issues that the public cared about, such as clean energy and health care.

Obama would be wise to listen to General heading counter intelligence in Afghanistan.  The General who is heading counter intelligence in Afghanistan is the best when it comes to counter intelligence, and he is out on the front lines with his troops.  He is asking Obama to send more troops, so that the mission will be a success.  In the meantime, Obama is sitting around like a cream puff, doing nothing but hemming and hawing over the war, and waiting for permission from the U.N. to send troops.

Byrd is concerned about sen. confirm hearings, so is Ed Royce. #constitutional erosion

Senator Byrd has the sense to realize that we need to have balance in the powers, so that one keeps things in check.  He and Ed Royce agree that the power balance is tilted dangerously towards being too liberal, and that unqualified people are getting into positions they should not be in.

This stems up the tweets I had about the town hall meeting.  One of the things we are facing is the concern over health care.  As time progresses, I will periodically fill in the blanks, and try to tip you folks off on what's happening.

Saberi Backing ND Governor Snubbed By Left Wing Liberals

Liberals seem to hate it when Republicans step up to bat for something that is morally right.. Here is one of their latest installments of snubbing credit where it's due. The latest example is the fact that most media have not given credit to North Dakota GOP Governor John Hoeven's efforts to pressure Iran in freeing journalist Roxana Saberi. Most of the media ignored the fact that Hoeven stepped up to back Obama's efforts to free Saberi,. While the liberal left wing treat Obama as if he were a god in the media, they refuse to give Hoeven 1 single ounce of credit for his efforts which helped Saberi gain her freedom. I will give the AP and the Japanese American newspaper The Rafu Shimpo credit for their continued coverage of Saberi's plight and release from prison. The liberals have shamelessly given Obama more credit than he deserves in getting Saberi released; it's time to set the record straight, and give GOP North Dakota Governor John Hoeven his well deserved due credit that the liberals robbed him of.
