Who's responsible for the Dallas Shootings?

Before anyone declares this post RACIST, it's not! I'm an equal opportunity "offender" who is sick of these race baiting clowns causing these shootings. Yes, I hold all these clowns responsible for their actions which caused this tragedy. You liberals reading this need to get your act together and stop putting these clowns into office or the public eye. I'm fed up with your stupidity, and your stupidity cost the lives of 5 Dallas Police Officers, and the count will likely rise in the next few days.
