Perfect Day Of Rest
What is a Sabbath? It is a day of rest for our body, mind, soul and spirit. In the days of yesteryear, God told us to take a rest on the Sabbath. God first mentions it in the book of Genesis. God Almighty rested on the 7th Day when he created mankind. After God finished creating everything in Heaven and earth, He rested.
